2. Services Provided
Maxi.Build enables construction firms, retailers, suppliers, manufacturers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to:
- Communicate and collaborate on construction projects.
- Place and track orders.
- Organize and store documents for each construction site.
- Access financing for their orders through a third-party fintech provider.
3. Account Registration
To use Maxi.Build, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Order Placement & Transactions
- Orders placed through Maxi.Build are subject to the terms agreed upon between buyers and sellers.
- We are not responsible for the fulfillment of orders, as transactions are facilitated between users.
- Any financing options are provided by third-party financial institutions, and we are not liable for their terms or decisions.
5. Retention of Title
If an order is financed through a third-party provider, ownership of the goods remains with the supplier or financing entity until full payment has been made. Users acknowledge and agree to this retention of title condition when utilizing the financing module.
6. Data Usage & Privacy
We collect and process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using Maxi.Build, you consent to such data processing.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of Maxi.Build, including but not limited to transaction disputes, order fulfillment issues, or financial losses.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Maxi.Build after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
